Information & Referrals

Our goal is to be the first call, our older adults, caregivers, and community members make when they have questions. We network with many local and regional organizations and businesses to provide the best options for helping those who desire to remain in their homes and communities as they age.

If we can’t meet the need with the services Helping Hands Outreach offers, we can make referrals, search and gather information, help with paperwork, and, if needed, make phone calls.

There are a lot more resources out there than most people know. We can help sort through the confusion and the many options to assist in developing a plan to stay home.

Please contact us at (320) 746-9960 So we can help support you!

Our services are provided based on the availability of volunteers. All our volunteers have successfully passed required background checks and reference checks. Fees for services are determined on a sliding scale relative to income or through the Alternative Care/ Elderly Waiver programs administered by Stearns County. No one will be denied services due to an inability to pay. We believe you appreciate these services and will contribute as you can, whenever you are able.

Our services are available to all eligible individuals, regardless of race, color, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.

We are dedicated to serving all residents, regardless of their financial situation. What matters most is that you receive the necessary services.
